Great contribution on health insurance, but not 401k matching.
They have a 401k, but do not do employer match. That is the only downside. They have ancillary benefits for gym memberships, AWESOME insurance for US folks, great pay.
Former CEO (person I ultimately reported to) went over and above for staff to feel comfortable. I'm talking, best equipment, devices, mobile phone plans, snacks, health bars, gym membership and fought for top medical coverage for us. Unfortunately, the HR Mgr completely messed with us, gave us wrong information, blamed everyone else and everything else and left employees exposed. This company had/maybe still has so much potential but I sure got screwed.
