Benefits are actually really... But not good enough to stay employed there,
The less-expensive health insurance packages leave room to be desired, you have to spend 3600 in medical bills before the insurance kicks in with 30% coverage. Plenty of sick, personal and vacation time given.
The do have a good benefits package if you can afford the missing money out of your bank account.
None. Making minimum wage. Do not get their health benefits or 401k if they even offer it anymore. You would be better off doing it through the Healthcare Market Place and opening up a Roth IRA,
The benefits are pretty minimal. I didn't even get on the package. The 401k is nice, they match you up to 3%. I found that to be appealing but didn't take them up on the offer. I probably should have.
You get a discount of cost-to-manufacture + 5%, which sounds great until you realize the profit margin on these items is ridiculously small. Still, it was decent when I needed to get something smaller like an Apple TV or a bluetooth speaker. Vacation time was not granted until after you had worked at the store for 6 months or more, and even then was spotty. No 401k available until you got to upper management. I heard the health insurance was great, but never signed up for it myself.
Simply Mac needs to work on their benefits package. Part Time employees got screwed over, especially because commission was impossible.
There are company perks but not really worth it. The health insurance is a bit worse than Obama care your better off with that.
Very bare-bones benefits package, especially considering the low rate of pay for full-time positions.
There was no benefit offer until after I had already left the company, and 401k and stock options were seemingly nonexistent.
