Best thing about the benefits package was it gave you many options on the health care side The worst thing is it was no communication between employees and the benefits department
Health benefits are pretty standard - not great but reasonable. 401k matching is up to 3%, but there is a three year vesting period. While vacation is technically available, all compensation there is heavily leveraged towards commissions, so you can't really afford to take a vacation.
Typical for a part time job, just a discount.
Lots of options for health insurance, you don't have to pay more for coverage if you don't need it
Benefits use to be the middle of the line standard good benefits. Game Stop took over and those all went completely down the drain. Worst medical benefits ever.
The benefits were supposed to be great until GameStop bought the company and no managers would ever hit their sales goals. MOST of the managers quit due to losing a major part of their income they counted on. Some lost $1000 a month in bonuses.
Decent benefits, but HR is non-responsive to requests.
Simply Mac, because it is owned by Gamestop, offered a decent benefits package. They offered medical, dental and vision insurance. What I really liked, was that they offered other benefits as well. I really enjoyed having identity protection as one of my benefits. It was very competitively priced as well.
Discounts, Benefits, Paid time off, Insurance is expensive though
Great benefits, including medical and paid vacation
