Pros: Time passed quickly! Fast paced, good people, healthy foods, one free salad a day. Cons: When closing, cleaning took a long time. Very busy all the time.
You gotta say this with excitement..."you are entitled to one free salad per shift!", And the insurance covers for one trip to a small option of facilities or professionals... A very very small option and only one visit. But what can I say, it's a part time job that drives me crazy and gives me a free shirt every year. Sick days, vacation time (very very hard to accumulate by the why... One year will give you 1.5 hours), bereavement leave, uniform is free, performance bonus (one year later and I still get paid the same as I started and I have worked ever position so this will be hard as well), paid volunteer hours.
Insurance is great for single people--company covers the vast majority of the cost, giving a $10/month option. Paid sick leave is also very generous.
The benefits were pretty decent, cut and dry.
You had to be in the company for almost a year to get half the benefits but hey here's a free fucking salad and oh yeah it's 13$ amount
I haven't been there that long but from what I've experienced I like it quite a lot
The best thing is the gym reimbursment
You get a free salad every shift
They only offer you a part time job with no health insurance or dental. No tips at all although customers insist, they just stopped accepting any. Well, the minimum wage is low and tips help a lot!
Nothing to tell outside of a free meal per shift.
