    They have a 401k match that is basically industry standard except they don't start matching until you've been there for a year.

    28 paid days off beginning in 2017 (for even first year employees), 6% dollar for dollar match for the 401K which is 100% vested from day 1 of employment, and best benefit hands down would be the Pension Plan that are almost unheard of in today's Business culture.

    Being a subsidiary of a large, highly unionized company, they offer a pension plan. Who gets that any more? I mean besides government employees.

    Depending on what time of the year you start you get 18 days PTO you can use whenever. The health insurance has been great so far and very inexpensive. The 401K is through Vanguard and has 3% matching after you've been with the company for a year.

    The prescription drug benefits require you to pay the entire bill upfront, and then reimburse it to the compnay. Takes a lot of time to get your money back
