The insurance coverage has the highest deductible I've seen in any business I've worked for.
Best: You get benefits, Worst: not great
Even though they may offer most items listed below the quality of them is poor. The deductible of the medical insurance is crazy high and the insurance does not cover any medical costs until the deductible is met even if you go in-network.
Top tier medical insurance is $200 dollars a week for a family, with a large deductable. They match half of what you put in on the 401 k up to 4%. The dental insurance does not cover white fillings otherwise it seems about average. The vision insurance is about average. All benefits are expensive for a family, if you have a family covered under the benefits expect to pay about a quarter to half your paycheck depending on what you choose.
401k match, health/eye/dental insurance is good. PTO is horrible and the don’t offer college tuition reimbursement.
Medical, dental, vision, transition benefits. overall is not bad
Provide pto and uto for employees. Also they prove 401k and health insurance
I don't use the health benefits from this company. I only care about time off, and that is wasted by the amount of overtime we are required to work. If I took 10 hours off this week, we'd work 50 hours the next week. They hire some 500 extra employees for Christmas and then lay them all off to ensure we're all working overtime at all times of the year.
vacation time was good, but I was hired in 4 yrs ago and now I know they don't offer as much
PTO is based on accruals at very minimal amounts each year- PTO is force used which keeps anyone from actually earning enough time to take time off if you have children.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
