zulily employees accrue 148 hours of PTO per year. You can use these hours for vacation, sick, personal leave, safe time, etc.
Pretty decent pto policy and i like the flex days
In general, the paid time off policy is a bit weak, but it's offered. If I was to guess, the company is probably giving the exact amount that they are required to by law.
Three weeks total, inclusive of all sick and vacation days. No payout upon leaving the company for days not taken, and wouldn't let you take days your last two weeks.
They do not have separate plans for Vacation and sick leave. It all comes under Paid Time Off. It's good to have the freedom to decide what you are taking time off for, but you have less of it.
Vacation and PTO is out of the same pool and you can carry over hours into the next year. I know that the PTO offered now, is less than when I started 4 yrs ago.
You're discouraged from taking time off at all -- even on vacation you're expected to answer email. One bucket for both vacation and sick, and it's earned over time.
It can be hard to get approved ahead of time due to Studio capacity and scheduling, especially around Holidays.
It's good if you have been there for 3+ years, you accrue more. Anyone hired after a certain date accrues less. Employees can get anywhere from a really dismal 6 (roughly) hours a month up to a competitive 12 (roughly) hours a month.
pretty average, the only drawback is they do not pay out pto when you leave the company and sometimes it can be hard to take time off.
Paid time is good at zulily. They offer 3 weeks of paid leave. Software Engineers get 1 additional week of Hack Time off - where you are supposed to do something cool but most just take time off.
