Located a stone's throw from the Grand Canyon, Northern Arizona University (NAU) has been educating students to see forever for more than a century. About 20,000 people attend the school, which is dominated by a mountainous landscape. NAU offers roughly 100 baccalaureate, about 50 master's, and a handful of doctoral programs; undergraduate majors include exercise science, hotel and restaurant management, and visual communication. In 1999 founder Chip Cannon, DVM, opened the first City Veterinary Center now know as CityVet in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, Texas. Since its inception in 1969, Monroe Veterinary Associates (MVA) has been delivering high quality pet care with friendly professionalism and the utmost respect for the human–animal bond.
