  • Measure and manage sales based on daily / monthly / quarterly / annual budgeted goals.
  • Assist clients with concerns or questions regarding their accounts.
  • Open accounts, assist with processing and taking loan applications.
  • Coordinate the implementation of national and regional sales and service initiatives.
  • Develop rapport with customers, greeting customers by name, understand account ownership type and authority, being responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, while displaying a caring attitude.
