Our camp conforms to kids, not the other way around. Instead of a rigid structure, we give our campers choice. Instead of teaching kids the typical way, we give them tools and gentle guidance to help them become autodidacts, people who teach themselves. The difference is subtle–and it’s profound. There are a million ways for kids to design a day at camp. One camper might dive into breadmaking and animation while another flies down a water slide and scores a goal in our inflatable soccer stadium. Whether you’re a recent grad or seasoned pro, we just might have what you’re looking for. We believe in fostering self-directed learning in all aspects of our company and that includes the people who join our team. Whether you become a year-round team member or one of the seasonal summer team, we want you to have a true autodidact experience. We want to know all about your interests and passions and then we’ll work with you to find a way for you to continue following them while you work with us.
