They play an active role in strategic planning to ensure optimal system integration that meets organization needs.
Integration consultants typically have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and a strong background in IT roles that would have a focus on integration responsibilities. They would have general integration knowledge, but also likely have specific in-depth expertise in a specialized area. Excellent customer service skills are also required.
