The company makes plastic products and components utilizing mold building, injection molding, and micro molding processes. Its divisions are based on the automotive, consumer, electronics, industrial, and medical markets. Value-added products include heat transfer decals, heat staking, pad printing, and sonic welding. UPG, which operates more than 300 molding machines, has about a dozen manufacturing plants in the US, China, Mexico, and the UK.
