They develop marketing strategies for new product launches and research market trends to align a product with sales opportunities.

Brand specialists work with management members to ensure marketing strategies align with the company's business goals. They perform market analysis and identify the best approaches that maximize sales. They manage and enhance the company's brand or reputation in the public eye and coordinate objectives with the marketing, creative, and advertising departments. They will ensure brand consistency and develop and enrich customer service experiences. Brand specialists need a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
