  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by attending staff development training, workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Ensure safety and security requirements are met in the classroom area.
  • Work cooperatively with special education teachers/staff to modify curricula as needed for special education students according to guidelines established by Individual Education Plan (IEP).
  • Support and adapt to change and to demonstrate commitment to continuous performance improvement.
