Graduate Engineer

Any idea how much a Civil Engineer EIT with 3.5 years of experience should be getting paid in San Antonio Texas? I’m currently at 72.5k base salary. Thank you.

    I have 5 years experience and EIT. In Los Angeles I make $95k after bonuses working for private consultancy to the public sector. Cost of living ratio bw LA and SA is 1.375. I make $69k base in San Antonio dollars. I would say you are well paid.

    You should work in construction, I'm assuming you are in design? As an engineer with relatively same experience I make 91K and 24k a year per diem traveling

    As a field engineer myself with a BSc in Civil Engineering, I'm starting at 71k base with some per diem for travel. From what I've gathered from my peers in Houston, most Engineers with their EIT and about 1-2 years experience are making roughly 80k, give or take 3k
