Have you ever done interview & just felt the team or company wasn’t sitting well with your gut? How does that factor into your decision if an offer is made? Obv a job interview time is limited so you never know but sometimes I just have a vibe it’s not a match and even though I may keep going in rounds, I’m always checking if I finally get the gut feeling this may be right. I had one where round 1-4 the mood was off. I felt I was being nitpicked harshly always, they rejected me in the end

After 30+ years of getting in the way of trusting gut feelings in all major areas of my life, I've come to learn that if something feels off, it usually means something is off. 9 out of 10 times, that very thing that felt off at the very beginning ended up being a contributory factor for why things came up either on a day-to-day basis or even in cycles thereafter; such as, hardships, struggles, constant stress, unhappiness, and more often than not, an ongoing personal debate in my head trying to persuade myself that the very initial gut feeling was nothing more than personal fears (and whatever other psychological factors) trying to sabotage myself, or better yet, me being unfairly judgemental and rigid towards others. I've come to learn (through seeking professional help and reading many reputable articles on the subject), that our 'gut feelings' are worth giving more 'power' to and more consideration towards making decisions in our lives... I have, after many long years of trials and tribulations, come to finally trust my gut wholeheartedly vs. glazing over them and/or consciously debating with myself from trusting them in my decision making... Hope this perspective contributes in some way towards your journey...
Like6Energy is important. If the your Manager is cold, you won't be there past the 90 days probationary period. Trust your guts! If it's off, tread lightly.
Like3Short answer...Trust your gut! If something doesn't feel right, it's not! Now if every interview feels that way, do a self check!
