How do you stall accepting a job offer if you're still waiting on other jobs/interviews to get back to you?
Ask them to give you 7 days to review and consider. Usually companies give you that much time. Anything more than 7 days would be pushing it though.
Like1Most companies I've known will not give you an extension on making the decision. After all, how does it benefit them to give you an extra time. Go back to the other companies and tell them you have an offer on the table and see if they can accelerate their decision process. The other option, but perhaps the less ethical, is to accept. Then, if a better offer appears you can decline the first offer. This will burn bridges, but other than that there isn't anything that says you have to stand by you acceptance. (Companies will pull offers if they change their minds, so we shouldn't feel guilty if we do the same.)
