I had an interview late August, sent a thank you the same day, followed up when they said they would get back to me, and then again a week later and I got no response. I gave up and they just sent me an email saying the position was on hold and they hoped to have an update at the end of the week. I'd still like to see what they might offer me so what could I say in response?
"Thank you for the update. I look forward to hearing from you with your decision."
Like7You could just wait to see what happens and if they don't get back, message them again. Sadly it's become an employers market again by the sounds of it.
Like1I interviewed in early September and received the same emails. “I’m still waiting to hear back from the team” and “the position has been put on hold” then finally “the team decided this position will be on hold for the time being. Thank you for your interest I will keep your resume for future opportunities.” I’ve had the worst luck finding employment. I have a ton of experience but no luck. This has been the hardest 6 months of my life this year.
