I just learned that having a "growth mindset" means doing the work of 3 people. . Is it just my experience? Is that what it means loosely?
Unfortunately you have to do work outside of your scope in most US jobs ... see it as an investment in your skills and take them to a different employer in a few years who will pay you more. Rinse, repeat.
Sometimes they call it cross-training to make employees better-rounded
