I made changes to my resume and would like some feedback and/or constructive criticism. Please don’t be mean… the job search is hard enough already (ex- “this resume sucks” is not helpful 😂). I applied to 40 jobs today using this version (adding/removing key words, technology platforms, and phrases to match job descriptions, but overall the same resume) 😬 Really hoping to see an uptick in interview requests soon. 🤞🏻

Overall you look like a well qualified applicant. The only negative for me is the dates of employment. In my opinion, just put the total time at the company, not each position. First impression by looking at the date format used is you held a lot of different jobs for a short time.
Like5Remove AA degree. Remove the intro paragraph and weave that experience throughout you resume. You are wasting space.
Like5Bring Technologies to the top of your resume. If you keep your summary of qualifications list the Technologies right below but before experience. And your summary of qualifications should be about 3 sentences, but 3 strong sentences highlighting what you bring. And agree with the other person who said get rid of the total amount of time you've been at a company just do it by position. Also, 3rd bullet point on your Marketing Coordinator position revise it to make it more enticing or list something else you did. You did great on capturing results 👏 as not everyone tends to talk about this, great job! Between the results & technologies you know & making these updates you should start getting more leads.
Like5You have a date typo. Product manager, top date
Like1-The dates thing confuses me? Why do you have aug 2022-Jan 2021 and then another date set right under it? The double date set happens again with the senior associate role. - first job: I would like to see more from your most recent role. I understand it’s a shorter role, but from the looks of it you didn’t do much. What went into leading the GTM strategy? What type of launches happened? The second job: extracted what from datasets? Very vague Technologies title: it looks like you’re just naming software you know the name of. Are you proficient at these? Are you a beginner? Try something more prominent like “skills”. I would also lead with the more impressive ones like python and throw google and Microsoft at the end.
Like1I know it's a numbers game, but every now and then I come across a job post that really suits me, or looks really interesting and I would take an extra 20 minutes tailoring my resume specifically to the requirements of the job post.
