Personal Banker

I'm a fresh graduate this year, and finished internships at 3 banks, how can I prepare for interviews of banks? and what about skills that should I improve to work as a banker?

  1. Private Equity 1

    Investment banking? Or is this a private banker role at a local consumer branch?

  2. CEO and Founder 1

    Your top 4 skills: -technical skills your trade and how you applied value -corporate experience who you worked for, reported to, presented to, engaged with etc -projects what you did outside business as usual -change components you may have recommended to change, led a process (no matter how big or small) to show an improvement in *pick a relevant metric* You can build a whole interview structure around these points to showcase your value. Oh, and have a think about your top 2/3 strengths and challenges. But dont be too sucky up here
