Just received an offer in Accenture for L5 (AD) in NYC for 275k, 50k Sign on, plus 72k RSUs. Is this a solid offer?
You want to make sure that there is a long term project that you are expected to staff. Too many people at Accenture are "on the bench" waiting to be staffed. Your job is at risk if you are on the bench 8+ weeks. The bottom line is that Accenture is a glorified staffing agency, pay is on the lower end of good but be sure you know what you are getting yourself into.

Like2Former Accenture employee L8/L9 — I was let go just before the layoffs started, so my departure made a lot more sense after the fact. ‘Accenture Song’ branch in Visual Design. I can’t speak towards the L5 level, but I was $100k with 10% sign on bonus, this was almost 2 years ago. I would push to $300k like some have mentioned. It’s a large adjustment with no real direction from any single source. They could ultimately switch or pivot, performance is calculated by algorithm and data points.
