I'm on my notice period, with no offers in hand 2years experience Java+Spring boot Current CTC : 22lpa What should be the expected salary ? I'm getting rejections and not getting interviews due to my expected salary being around 25 lpa.

Like6Keep you expectation same to 22. At this market, getting over 22 for 2 yoe is going to be a bit difficult, unless you bring something good to the table. There are enough talent out there at lower prices, so expect difficulty in getting offers.

Secondly, try being diplomatic in terms of negotiations, also be open to possibility of being low-balled. Though this is somewhat flummoxing as to why left without any offers in hand at such a risky time.
