Advice to Management
When an employee becomes a consistent problem, you must let them go. Keeping them will only loose you competent employees. In my time there, I saw many good employees leave because bad employees made... it impossible for them to stay. They were often harassed and called names. In many cases, this was the only reason they left.

As true of any sales job, part of your pay is directly tied to your sales/budgets which will be affected by clients needs to advertise.
