I have been working at KTVN full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to start for a young college grad.

Cons

Failure to fire bad employees.

Advice to Management

When an employee becomes a consistent problem, you must let them go. Keeping them will only loose you competent employees. In my time there, I saw many good employees leave because bad employees made... it impossible for them to stay. They were often harassed and called names. In many cases, this was the only reason they left.
