Pros

Inspiring and collaborative environment Opportunities for growth within departments Great leaders who know how to manage people Unlimited PTO Work from home 1 day per week (at least) Like... minded people, who have a "student first" mentality Incredibly fun environment (monthly happy hours, snacks, company meeting (great speakers and performers) Salary is competitive All higher-ups are really friendly and involved with employees

Cons

401k match could be better

Current Employee - PHP Web Developer

I have been working at Marriner Marketing Communications full-time for less than a year

Pros

Marriner Marketing is an awesome place to work. The conducive, friendly and energetic environment makes it a breeze everyday to effectively execute your tasks working on exciting projects for the... country's top brands. The work processes are constantly improved on, and this is a very good sign that the company is moving in the right direction. The work/life balance is awesome because the company really understands that you have a life. Overall, it's great to be part of this team.

Cons

Sometimes it can be very quiet. I personally do not mind the still but maybe playing motivational tunes at times will get people pumped.

Advice to Management

Investing more in training materials, events, programs would really help all round. Also, we could learn one or two skills from the other departments that could come in handy.
