Advice to Management

I have had the privilege of working with Quad Learning for almost four years. QL is a mission-driven organization committed to making a difference in the lives of students around the world. The... company has gone through many changes over the past several years, and has worked hard to find the right business model that will lead to both a viable business and the kind of global impact that has been the shared vision of the leadership team since the company’s inception. The company is populated with incredibly bright, mission-focused individuals. However, the ongoing state of change and at times, uncertainty, is definitely not for everyone. That said, leadership has a strong commitment to communication and transparency, and bends over backwards to keep people in the loop and up to speed as the business evolves. QL is a fantastic organization, led by an engaged and committed leadership team, and the vast majority of the company’s employees are there to do great work and make a difference in the global learning community. It’s a fast-paced environment (at times maybe a little chaotic), and one that is full of passion. A job with QL is not without frustration or stress, but things that are really worth doing rarely are. If you can handle change and are willing to give of yourself in support of a great mission, this is a wonderful place to be.
