I worked at 360i full-time

Pros

Really enjoyed by time at 360i, and worked there for number of years. Learned more there in my first year than i did in my three years prior to joining the agency. You will be given ample opportunity... to succeed if you are willing to work hard. Family type atmosphere and your fellow employees are willing to help even if it means extra work for them.

Cons

To be honest, if you are not willing to work hard this may not be the place for you. I recommend 360i to people who are self driven and willing to work their butts off to move their clients business... forward. Don’t assume you will get promoted just for sitting in your job, doing the same thing day after day. If you are willing to do that you will succeed.

I worked at Firstborn full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Firstborn is filled with talented, smart, funny, supportive and compassionate people that genuinely care about one another and their work. As a result, there’s strong collaboration across teams and... it’s a really fun work environment. There’s a solid mix of diverse clients and interesting projects, and the company’s focus on craft and emerging tech means that employees are always encouraged to learn new skills, take risks and challenge the status quo. The benefits package is also incredible.

Cons

Like most agencies, Firstborn has to work with clients that want more for less and they say they want to be innovative, but they are actually extremely risk-averse. This song-and-dance can be... incredibly frustrating, especially when good work is left on the cutting room floor.

Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent to the agency and proactively invest in the professional development of your talent.
