I have been working at 8x8 full-time


There has been a huge amount of positive change at 8x8 in the past year. The sales culture is vibrant with realistic targets, expanded focus on enablement and training and uncapped potential to earn.... The leadership has been enhanced and expanded with a focus on consistency and rewarding based upon merit and achievement. New sales are accelerating rapidly through improved sales execution, a highly differentiated service and an unambiguous go to market strategy focused on channel sales. Great place to work if you embrace change, enjoy working in teams and are willing to work hard and be rewarded for success. Owning all the technology across UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS makes 8X8 truly unique and able to provide end to end support, rapid deployment of next generation features across all areas such as AI, Speech Analytics, QM and API based capabilities. All employees are given shares helping align staff around the company vision.


With a fast growing company employees are expected to contribute to ideas for change and improvement which means it is not for everyone. But if you are passionate, customer focused and driven this is... a company where you can make a difference and are given the room to make mistakes as success is not a straight line and not everything works first time.
