Former Employee - Sales Advisor

I worked at A.S. Watson Group part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Friendly employee and comfortable environment

Cons

Lower average market wage than others

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Quest Nutrition Canada part-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice people to work with, some teams very tight knit, hands on work

Cons

There is a lot of pressure put on you to go above and beyond what is required. Tight deadlines & a lot of work for a small group of people. For example the Art department was told to stay past... midnight a few nights in a row to meet a deadline. They told us it wasn't required but strongly hinted that it might come back against us in the future

Advice to Management

Don't overwork your employees and make them feel like you care about them and that their work is appreciated.
