H R Administration

I have been working at ACH of America

Opportunity, financial security and excellent compensation, creative leading edge products and services, competitive and professional, employee total respect across the board. Maintain's staff long... term, minimal turnover. There is a committment by management to developing staff and building from within, and a committment to clients that goes beyond the ordinary. This company will go the extra mile to live up to committments to clients and employees, and has a solid 20 year game plan for growth and profit, not a short term mindset. Even in the most recent economic downturn nationally, the company has continued to grow with profit and has excellent target markets in the educational and medical client base fields.

A regional company, not in every state, locations only in the Southeast. Though there have been plans to grow outside the southeastern U.S., they have not developed as fast as hoped, primarily in... the Southwestern states.

Advice to Management

Continue to develope and build from within. To grow faster, management needs to focus on the core services more and consider new marketing plans and solutions.

Current Employee - Client Recruitment Supervisor

I have been working at ACH Federal full-time for less than a year

This is a big enough company for there to be opportunity for growth, both in one's career and in one's life. However, it is small enough that the employees matter. Working here, I'm a person, not... just a number or an employee. It is clear that in this company people matter more than money; the employees matter, the clients matter, even the smallest account matters. Communication is excellent, there are no surprises as to who we are, what we do, what we believe, our direction and my part in the bigger picture.

This is certainly a changing environment. This would not be a good fit for those not comfortable with consistent change.

Advice to Management

Keep an eye on burnout. Don't take upon yourselves responsibilities you can give to others.
