Former Intern - R&D Colors

I worked at ADM for less than a year

Pros

Environment and culture on the campus was fun. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Cons

Our housing relocation placement wasn't the best area

Former Employee - Production Scheduler

I worked at Ardent Mills full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The company seems to really care about their employees. I only left because I was offered a better position elsewhere.

Cons

The work- home balance can be difficult in this particular position, but it is just what the job entails.
