"Best Company to Work & Retire at!!"

Pros

Nearly everthing. Great direct management and senior leadership that truly CARE about that employee's work/life balance. Benefits are fantastic, definitely the best I've ever gotten from a company.... Most of my colleagues have a 5+ year tenure, with management at 10+ years, meaning people clearly love working here for the long haul. I will definitely retire from ADP!

Cons

Almost none. Possible only complaint is the admin work can be lengthy sometimes, but those are what we call "champagne problems".
