I have been working at ADP full-time for less than a year
The biggest reason I wanted to work with ADP is the fact that they have some many different vertical markets within the company. This allows a large window of opportunity for advancement and also... provides different career paths that are available to you. As a result, I no longer feel like I am in a dead end job. ADP has also done a great job of establishing a family atmosphere culture which is very positive and a blessing.
I have absolutely nothing negative to list here.
Advice to Management
Nothing to add here. I am very happy with current chain of command and ADP has a very good open line of communication that is available to all ADP employees.
