I have been working at ADP full-time for more than a year
Great benefits, great work environment, good pay, I can be open with my supervisor but I know that's not the case with everyone.
short staffed, going back to the office full-time after being remote for over a year, they don't hire to accommodate for the amount of work that comes in, very stressful at times.
Advice to Management
Don't make us go back four days a week, it makes no sense especially since we have been so productive the past year. We should have the option to come in maybe twice a week vs. four days a week. Most... companies have moved to fully remote or hybrid now and I believe ADP will start to see good talent leave over that option.
