Pros
Fun, people centered leaders who are interested in both my personal and professional growth. The work is challenging (in a good way) and efforts are rewarded.
Cons
Nothing. Keep it up! I’m very happy.
Advice to Management
I would love to see a more formal leadership path and training program. This would also be inclusive of certifications such as Prosci or lean.
