Pros

The size and scope of AECOM's services allow for ample opportunity wherever you live and in nearly any emphasis you choose to focus on.

Cons

Larger companies can often leave employees feeling like a number rather than a person. Not often the case with AECOM in my experience but I've been blessed with great managers.
