As a Water Group Intern, I was given many opportunities to grow tremendously as a young professional. I was given freedom to pursue the type of project work that I was most interested in. I had the... opportunity to network with the majority of the Bellevue office's water group. I was trained on ArcGIS and was exposed to a variety of water projects that helped me further refine my areas of interest. Company happy hours and after-work get togethers were a great way to get to know my colleagues and connect outside of work.

Cons

Being given the freedom to build your own schedule and set up your own work was overwhelming at times. You have to know when to ask for help or it can be a challenging experience to manage and... balance a rigorous workload.
