Former Employee - English Instructor

I worked at AEON Corporation of Japan full-time

Pros

They help you with just about anything you will ever need.

Cons

Your experience will differ depending on your expectations and where you happen to be placed. I had an overall great experience but I knew others who complained.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Kinder Kids International School full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

This company values ideas and hard-work. You get out what you put in and senior management recognizes you for your efforts. There is always something new and exciting happening, which you get to... shape and be a part of. Annual compensation and bonuses are well above-average for the teaching market in Japan.

Cons

Because of the collaborative nature of many projects, individual accountability is sometimes lacking. Last minute information or changes can have a negative effect on employee morale.
