Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Software Engineer

I have been working at AIG full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good exposure to different technologies and get to work with up to date technologies that can be transferable

Cons

Spend more money on software engineers so we can hire more talented engineers.

Advice to Management

Hire more software engineers and spend more money on technology to update the old codebase.

Current Employee - KYC Senior Analyst

I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Cons

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
