I have been working at AIG full-time for less than a year

Pros

Lots of growth potential and opportunities to learn new things. Great salary and bonus. Good amount of PTO. Mental health days throughout the year. Management truly cares about your work-life balance... and encourages you to use your PTO.

Cons

Workload can be heavy during the busy seasons. No stock options unless you are of a certain higher salary grade.
