Current Employee - Trainer

I have been working at AIT Worldwide Logistics full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent, personable management team. All A players with a executable plan to continue to build out an awesome company. They do what they say they will do. They understand work/life balances and... can accommodate fairly for most roles.

Cons

No Cons come to mind.

Advice to Management

Be careful not to build too many layers of management. Your success is built around accessibility. Don't lose that.

Former Employee - Demand Planner

I worked at Reynolds Consumer Products full-time for more than a year

Pros

Reynolds does their best to support your career, and provides resources to enable you to grow in different areas. Emphasis on family values. You always felt appreciated for your work done.... Communications between employee and mangement are frequent.

Cons

There's been organizational changes quite often, it's not necessarily a 'bad' thing. But sometimes, it stimulated some confusions.
