Featured Review

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at AOL full-time

Pros

The employees and team collaboration.

Cons

The bureaucracy due to leadership changes and mergers

"Good Experience!"Sep 18, 2019

Current Contractor - Senior Audit Consultant

I have been working at Compugain for less than a year

Pros

Exposure to various areas of industry; option to participate in 401K; and there are Account Executives who take a vested interest in ensuring your skills are matched with the right Client.

Cons

No opportunities to accrue Vacation/Sick Time after working for a long-term project; Payroll Checks are mailed, vs. being available electronically.

Advice to Management

I recommend providing all Employees & Contractors the ability to view their Payroll privately (via ADP); versus having a paper check mailed every pay period. Also, provide Contractors an... opportunity to accrue Vacation Time if being on a long-term project.
