Current Employee - Retail Sales Consultant

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good hourly pay, high commission, great benefits

Cons

Horrible software which makes work miserable sometimes, and getting yelled at by customers on a daily basis

Current Employee - Protective Service Manager

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

PSMs have job security, work weekdays and one/two weekends a year. You work on your own and are encouraged to make your own decisions.

Cons

PSMs have a lot of responsibility and have to be available or have a proxy when off during business hours.
