Current Employee - Product Technician

I have been working at Aaron's full-time for less than a year

Pros

Tips can be great at times

Cons

There are times that get overwhelming. Sometimes we'll have unruly customers. Some customers will tend to lie or exaggerate details about items delivered to get free stuff which can be annoying. ... Some customers won't bother to clear their clutter from their houses when they have a scheduled delivery which can make the delivery very difficult at times depending on amount of space/clutter.

Advice to Management

To plan more realistically/accurately an estimated amount of time stop to stop, time per stop and stops per day - all of which adds up at the end of the day. Assume that not every stop will go smooth... so maybe space out deliveries day to day unless the drivers are ahead of schedule in which case the office can call and see if any customers for the following day could receive their order a day early. Opposed to jamming the entire day with deliveries/stops and falling behind schedule because of things out of the drivers control. (Delivering larger items in messy house with no space especially when items have to be built)
