I've worked here for 3 months and am very impressed with CDW. They don't just give lip-service to work-life balance and coworker respect, it's embedded in the company DNA. I've been overwhelmed by... the welcome from everyone, at all levels, that I've interacted with. The onboarding training was excellent. I work remotely and still feel very included in the overall company. Highly Recommend! The benefits are great and so is the compensation. There is also strong encouragement from management to take additional training and grow in your career. Highly recommend!
