"Great Job"Oct 2, 2019

Current Employee - Patient Access Service Representative

I have been working at Accredo Health full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Its a pro that Cigna has bought Accredo and there merging I see great changes already.

Cons

There definitely should be a grace period clocking in. There's about 700 employees to a limited amount of time clocks

Advice to Management

Promote people that actually know the function of the job.

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at United BioSource full-time for less than a year

Pros

Strong support from senior leadership and fellow colleagues. Talented team with lots of subject matter expertise.

Cons

Need to protect your own work/life balance as everyone here is super passionate about the work

Advice to Management

Stay the course
