Pros
Welcoming work environment, supportive co-workers and supervisors, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Cons
Generally have a lot of meetings throughout the day that make it hard for you to do your own work.
Pros
I started in May and from the beginning it has been a great experience. I felt welcomed immediately by the folks I support as well as others I don't directly work with. It is a very supportive... environment. The onboarding process was very thorough, which was very helpful. We work in the office as well as work from home and having that flexibility is super helpful.
Cons
I think the only downside for me is the medical insurance. It isn't as extensive as my previous employers.
