Current Employee - Talent Partner

Pros

Work life balance, opportunities to move to other internal teams, clear path to promotion, growth opportunities for what you're interested in (not just want your manager wants you to accomplish),... executive mentorship programs, volunteer programs, the list really goes on

Cons

The hybrid work policy is a bit fuzzy right now, it seems like something leadership is scrutinizing but individual orgs are pushing their own philosophies. *most* offices are a bore to attend, so... that makes for difficult motivation to visit regularly. Exceptions are San Jose and San Francisco.

Current Employee - Senior Manager, Customer Success Management

Pros

Smart people, caring culture, great executive leadership, important products and services for industries served that have a big impact on shaping the world around us. Autodesk is also a tech business... that is profitable with a really strong asset base, that continues to evolve and grow, a good long term employment prospect

Cons

Can be a little US centric in worldview (although APAC is strong) and Brand recognition is not yet as strong as it should be (the best company you’ve never heard of)

Adobe has 57 more recently posted open jobs than Autodesk.
