Pros

You work for yourself almost as long as you can be unsupervised which shouldn't be hard I love that company I would like to work for them again everything about it I love.

Advice to Management

I was getting at $12 an hour for something that I was amazing at doing I had no problem I listen to management cooperated I would come in when nobody else would I let teens I went out of state... everything no problem but my skills and what I bring to the company should have been recognized in a better pay. Also I never got moved to full-time and that's really really messed up I know y'all know what the difference is.
