Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Aegis Living full-time for more than a year

Pros

Love, Love, Love the mission of the company to serve seniors better than any other provider, with love, dignity and programs that give them the opportunity to live full lives. The people bring their... whole hearts to work and really do love their jobs and the residents. It is a privilege to be a part of such a devoted team.

Cons

It is tough to have to say goodbye to residents but I take solace in the fact that we gave them a wonderful end of life experience with us.
